The South Lake Fire Safe Council synthesizes private sector expertise and government agency resources for the task of local fire prevention. It serves residents and property owners in the 286-square-mile South Lake County Fire Protection District, California's third largest fire district.
Board President Liz Black chairs the non-profit group of directors plus citizen members. SLFSC officers are: Liz Black, President; Marty Englander, Secretary and interim Treasurer and Bob Marelli (Director).
Interested community volunteers are invited to monthly meetings of the
